Our team has spent an enormous amount of time making sure we provide our customers with high quality products that they will enjoy for forever. We are confident you will love your Journacy bag. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be in new/unused and resalable condition to qualify for return. You can expect to receive your credit within 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer will pay return shipping at time of drop off; rates vary based on order.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item you have. We will process your refund at the time of receipt. After this, you can place a new order. To start the exchange process please email us at email@example.com If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged a 20% return postage fee.
Please note: We will only return or exchange items purchased at www.journacy.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores or any other third party must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges. Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund/credit will be processed within 10 business days (two weeks). If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any return shipping fee. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
